Boost is a conference companion run for the Boost event by Nucleus, UVU and Startup State. This page explains what the app keeps about you.
What we store
- Your name, email address and ticket type, from the guest list you registered through.
- Profile details you add: title, company, bio, topics and photo.
- Mentor sessions you book or offer, and the messages you send in the app.
How we use it
To sign you in with a one-time code, run the schedule and mentor sessions, and email you booking confirmations and event announcements. Other attendees see your name, title, company and photo. They do not see your email address.
Sign-in and cookies
We use one sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in for 30 days on this device. Signing out removes it.
Your choices
You can edit your profile at any time. You can also delete your account: your sessions are cancelled and your messages are anonymised.
